  • 2 bell peppers, sliced

  • 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (to serve)
