Ingredients

450 grams fresh breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage

6 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley1 medium onion, finely chopped

120 grams softened butter

Salt and black pepper

Method

1. Blend the base

Combine breadcrumbs, onion, sage and parsley in a food processor until fine.

2. Add butter and season

Mix in the softened butter, salt and black pepper until the stuffing holds together.

3. Bake until golden

Spread into a greased dish and bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
